COVID-19 pandemic

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the airport concentrates its activity in terminals T1 and T4. In addition, many services remain reduced or temporarily suspended. In turn, some hours may vary.

Lounges at Madrid airport

 

Neptuno Lounge

Reserved for non-Schengen flights, on level 2 of Terminal 4S. Open 24 hours a day (maximum stay: 3 hours). Games room, air conditioning, catering, press, computers, showers, conference facilities. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (€ 35.00).

Plaza Mayor

Located on floor 1 of Terminal 4, for Schengen flights, open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. The maximum stay is 3 hours. Catering, press, Wi-Fi, computers, TV, air conditioning, conference facilities. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club or DragonPass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (€ 33.90).

Premium Room

Open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, on the ground floor of Terminal 4. Catering, press, meeting and rest rooms, showers. Access: by prior reservation.

Cibeles VIP Lounge

Open 24 hours a day, on floor 2 of Terminal 1. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Terrace, catering, press, Wi-Fi, computers, air conditioning, conference facilities, TV. Non-Schengen flights. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (€ 35.00).

Puerta de Alcalá VIP Lounge

Next to gate D62 of Terminal 2, available from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm for Schengen flights. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Catering, press, Wi-Fi, meeting room, computers, fax, printers, rest area, showers, left luggage service. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (€ 33.90).

Puerta del Sol VIP Lounge

For Schengen flights, from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm. It is on level 1 of Terminal 3 and the maximum stay is 3 hours. Catering, press, Wi-Fi, computers, TV, air conditioning. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (€ 33.90).

Iberia Dalí VIP Lounge

Terminal 4, passing the security control. Open from 5:45 am to 11:00 pm. Snacks, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, showers, newspapers and magazines, children’s area, drinks, conference facilities. Access: with Iberia Plus Platinum or Gold membership, business class passengers from Iberia, first class or business class passengers from Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Iberia Premium Lounge Velázquez

Available 24 hours a day on the first floor of Terminal 4S. Drinks, showers, snacks, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, conference facilities, private rooms, newspapers, magazines, children’s area. Access: with Iberia Plus Platinum or Gold membership, business class passengers from Iberia, first class or business class passengers from Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.
